Scotty Doo Coaching Strong Again
Strong Again is in-person and online coaching for committed lifters, former athletes, and physique-focused people who want to build muscle, lose fat, move better, and train with more intent.
The application helps Scott see your goals, training history, equipment, movement concerns, and whether online or in-person coaching makes the most sense.
Most people are doing exercises. That is different than training with enough intent, execution, progression, and standards to actually force change.
Strong Again is built for people who are willing to train hard, but need better structure, better feedback, and a coach looking at the details that decide whether the work turns into progress.
Some people are not training hard enough. Some are training hard on the wrong things. Coaching helps separate effort from productive work.
Getting tight is not the same thing as creating usable pressure, position, and stability before the rep starts.
Fat loss, muscle gain, strength, movement quality, and physique goals all need different decisions around training, nutrition, and recovery.
The painful area matters, but it may not be the whole story. Training can be affected by exercise selection, breathing, bracing, movement strategy, load management, fatigue, recovery, and how the plan is progressed.
Strong Again looks at the training system around the issue: how you set up, how you create pressure, how you move, how you recover, and whether the program matches what your body can currently tolerate and adapt to.
Strong Again is fitness coaching. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, physical therapy, rehabilitation, or treatment.
Best for people near Scott who want hands-on movement, breathing, bracing, strength, and execution work.
Any short paid intro, assessment, or reserved time-slot model applies only to in-person coaching. It is not an online coaching trial.
Best for former athletes, committed lifters, aspiring bodybuilders, and rural or limited-equipment clients who can communicate clearly and follow through.
No calls are included in the base online program.
Strong Again looks at the whole training picture: not just what is written on paper, but how you execute it, recover from it, and adapt over time.
Programming, progression, hard-set standards, exercise selection, and knowing why the work is there.
DNS-informed coaching around pressure, ribcage/pelvis position, and creating stability you can actually use under load.
Top-set video review, exercise setup, consistency from rep to rep, and whether the target tissue is actually doing the work.
FMS-informed movement screen to understand positions, limitations, and training decisions without turning coaching into medical treatment.
General nutrition targets and education for muscle gain, fat loss, performance, and consistency.
Weekly check-ins and adjustments based on progress, performance, recovery, schedule, and what is actually happening.
Bloodwork, if voluntarily provided, is used only as educational context. Scott does not medically interpret labs, diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, change medications, or replace a licensed healthcare provider.
Answer questions about your goals, training history, coaching path, obstacles, equipment, nutrition, injury history, and current routine. Optional movement videos are welcome.
Scott reviews whether online coaching, in-person coaching, more information, or another type of support is the appropriate next step.
Scott sends the appropriate coaching details, agreement, payment options, and onboarding form if Strong Again looks appropriate for your goals and commitment level.
You train through the plan, complete weekly check-ins, submit top-set videos when needed, and receive adjustments based on progress and recovery.
$1,800
Paid in full, or 3 monthly payments of $600.
In-person coaching is separate and depends on availability, schedule, and the structure that makes sense.
Enrollment is based on fit and availability.

It can be, but the best fit is someone committed to training consistently and following through. It is especially built for former athletes, committed lifters, and people who want more structure than a generic program.
No, but you do need enough equipment to train productively. If you train at home or live in a rural area, submit the application and list your equipment so Scott can determine whether your setup is workable.
